Can't update via VpsUpd.exe

Downloaded VpsUpd.exe (file date: 24.01.07, file size: 5,543,144)
After start it says "This VPS database is older the currently installed. You don't need to update VPS".
Is there any way to fix it?

Avast 4.7 Home build 4.7.942
VPS:
Compilation date 15.01.2007
File version: 000703-1

Well, does this computer is connected to the Internet? Haven't you updated your virus database before?
If so, the message is clear: the off-line updater is older than the vps version of your computer...  ::)
