Help I just got a notfication that the avast installer is infected with malware

Hi,

I just got a notification that avast detected idp.alexa53 in the location that avast is installed.

The notifcication located the malware here

'D:\01 Programs\Avast\Avast\Setup\Uninstallexchange.ps1'

here is the virus chest. As soon as I moved idp alexa to the virus chest i got another infection notification.

Also my avast client now requires an update?

Can anyone tell me what this is about.
