Wifi monitor does not work

When I select the MONITOR button, a window opens that says "Oops! It looks like you’re offline".
Nothing happens when I hit RETRY.

Hello,

I suppose you have a free version of Avast Security. The monitoring function is a premium one, so this button should load our online flows with Avast Premium Security offer. I have tried this flow on two of our testing systems and it loads correctly on both.

Does the issue persist for you? If yes, please generate a support package so we can take a look at logs. You can do so by using Send Feedback functionality from our About dialog.

Also get this message when email item found with virus.

It appears when should be routed elsewhere.
