Please help!!! Avast blocking network connection between two computers

I have installed avast in both laptop and pc and i cannot make them connect. I use modem speedtouch 585 and have 4 ethernet which i use for connection. What should i do?
(Group name is the same, Ip addresses are set on automatic, cables are ok (because we have internet))

If you stop avast! resident protection temporarily, does it help?

I have to doubt that avast is the cause of the problem. 

We have 5 systems here, 4 running avast and all accessible to each other without problems.
