Every time I double click the icon on my desktop, I am given the option whether to give the app permission to make changes and I press yes, but the app still does not open. I cannot open it from the Avast premium security menus either. And when I try to uninstall it says that I cannot uninstall because the program is already running and I need to close it to uninstall. Also, every time I redownload the setup, it uninstalls the program, and reinstalls but I still cannot open even after that and I did it three times. I have restarted my computer but that did not work either. If anyone else has had any problems such as mine, what did you do to remedy it?
