Did not receive order ID confirmation email

Been with Avast for years, but i did not receive an email with my order number when my subscription was auto renewed this time around.

Very disappointed and there is no option to email support directly, as all options request an order number!

Just enter/use 00000000 (Order-ID) and explain it in your request.
