Ashavast??

Hi all,

I face a pb with my Avast Home version 4.7:
when I double click on my desktop shortcut of avast antivirus, the System doesn't launch the application and looks for the "Ashavast.exe" file (that I can't find in my "Alwill Software" folder). 
I have uninstalled the software with the "aswclear.exe" file.
The I've rebooted before installing the latest version af Avast.
--> same problem : I can't launch Avast Antivirus and my desktop shortcut is unable to find the application!!

Who can help me?

Your system is probably infected by a Bagle Rootkit variant:

Download and run these (see below), you will probably have to reinstall avast after, you are in the clear. Try a repair of avast. Add Remove programs, select 'avast! Anti-Virus,' click the Change/Remove button and scroll down to Repair, click next and follow. You need to be on-line to do this.
