To bad it will not let anyone register, As I tried and it doesnt send verifacation email like it says it will. and I am one unhappy camper about avast's lack of tech support for paying customers like myself. Used to think avast was great but not anymore. never had any problems until just to check my system I ran a virus scan. I was not having any problems nor virus messages til then. now I have a message that will not stay gone for long. and no support to get rid of it. Not Impressed at all
Why not simply follow the advice given to you in your other post ???

Am needing help with setting up my avast on now a desk top system.  I was orginially put on a laptop and now need to move to a desktop.  I purchased the Avast! Internet Security for up to 3pcs.  So how do I now get it added to the desktop.

This page contains a typo

Should be written
"Теперь с дополнительной скидкой"
Sorry if written in the wrong topic.

This page contains contact information including numbers.
http://www.avast.com/contacts

Your call would be an international one and they are in the European time zone, so it may be cheaper and easier if the problem is one that you can raise in the forums.

You can contact sales by email using the link above, etc.

Did you enter the license info into avast User Interface (UI) ?
If so, it may be best to create your own new topic in the avast! Free/Pro/Suite forum, http://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=2.0 and we can try and help.

To keep my computer protected, I had to sign up for a free trial.
Do to the match that I have paid for 2 years.
I have not received a license key or registration number.
Using the free one, I will lose one of the 2 years that I have paid for.

Do as suggested earlier contact sales (at) avast (dot) com, if you have not received your email with license key, there is a high possibility your ISP is using an anti-spam filter and blocking it. That has been the most frequent cause of non-receipt of emails.

I am glad to introduce you our new support portal running on support.avast.com address. Portal will act as a knowledgebase for our products (which will supersede current FAQ section on our website) and as a ticketing system.

Website is currently in public testing stage, all your notes and suggestions are welcome in my mailbox (e-mail address is in my forum profile), in this thread or as a comment of this knowledgebase article.

Good Morning Mr. Chocholo, sorry by using this message for a contact, but I do not found where I can send you a new message.
Could you help me.
It is the first message that I send to this forum.

Regards
Miguel

To start a New Topic of your own - Go to this link, http://forum.avast.com/index.php, scroll down to the forum relevant to your question, if about the avast! Free/Pro/Suite version or Viruses and Worms, etc. and click it, click the New Topic button at the top of the list and post there.

Why doesn't Avast have a bootable CD?

It depends why you need a bootable CD, as avast has the boot-time scan where you can scan your system before windows is running. This is currently only available for 32 bit OS versions, 64bit OSes are hoped to be included in avast 5.1.

So it is possible that you don't need a bootable CD.

avast does have the Bart CD but that isn't a free product.
