Small screen sized 4K monitors (laptops) can suffer this if your default Display Settings, Scale are lower than the recommended %.

Plus Avast isn't particularly good at handling hi-res monitors (very poor would be a better description), there has been one other topic at least that I have seen about this UI windows too small.

Even on my 15.6" laptop on 1080p I have to make compromises on the default settings (recommended percentage 125%), mine set to 100% or I have the reverse of your problem (UI too big).

The fact that Avast have been totally unresponsive about making UI screens user resizeable and has fallen on deaf ears.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.762) UI 1.0.801/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

Same problem with my Lenova Yoga. How am I supposed to decide if I should allow something through the firewall if I can not read the available information. I contacted Avast yesterday and the said to change my screen resolution to something ridiculously large. This needs fixed. Seems like they should be able to make the firewall pop up re-sizeable.
