Hello, every 15 minutes, appears the same pop up, cancelling the connection with outlook.office365.com infected with URL:Blacklist.
URL: *https://outlook.office365.com/outlookservice/servicechannel.hxs
Process: C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_16005.13426.20920_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\HxTsr.exe
Can anyone help me?

Please 'modify' your post change the URL from https, to break the link and avoid accidental exposure to suspect sites, thanks.

Did you install this APP HxTsr.exe (I don't use office365) ?
But appears to be genuine, https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-performance-winpc/what-is-hxtsrexe-in-windows-10/19176b3a-98d9-4a7b-aaff-6a1d4d7c9d0e if it is a digitally signed executable.

If this is periodically checking every 15 minutes, if you know what it is you could temporarily stop this check.

It could be a false positive on the site location, given it is connecting to outlook.office365.com/outlookservice/

Thanks for the help!
The problem is that I don't know how to disable the periodic check in Avast.

You're welcome.

I'm not talking about disabling the check (by Avast), but finding out what is making this connection from outlook.office365.com.  As I have said I don't use office365 so don't know what it would be checking periodically (every 15 minutes).

The next most important thing is to report it to avast using the link I gave so it can be investigated,

Sorry, I mean that I don't know what makes this periodic check because I don't use office365. I seems to be something about Windows because the process is located in WindowsApps.

Sounds about right for MS trying to push office365, but why the periodic check is beyond me, perhaps to get updated info on the APP Store.

I don't get anything like this as I refuse to allow win10 to setup a Windows App Store account.  Try a search on how to disable the Windows App Store account or more information on the APP Store - https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=Windows+App+Store+account&oe=utf-8

I keep pushing this, but if you haven't already reported this as a possible false positive, do so ASAP, it might not stop the connections, but it might just stop the alerts if it truly is a false positive.
