Test the functionality of the Exchange Plugin

What is the simplest way to check and make sure the Exchange plugin is doing its job? Is there any key phrase or something of that nature that could be sent via e-mail and trigger a positive?

Yes, of course. That's what the "Eicar" test file is for.
