Avast password problem "Um ... something is wrong"

Hello!

I just go for avast Ultim version, before this i payed for premium and for avast password.

Since i go to Utlime avast version I don't have any acces to avast passwork (I payed for) and I lost all my password.

Also the extension on Google chrome sayed "Um ... something is wrong"  and did'nt connect to any of my password!

what can I do???

When you installed Avast, did you do a custom install?
If Not, go to Menu> Settings> Troubleshooting
Scroll down and select Add/Modify Components
When that opens, Check the box for Passwords (Old) next select Customize.
Once that finishes, restart the computer.
