Create UEFI Rescue Disk

Is it possible to create a UEFI Rescue Disk as the normal Rescue Disk created on Avast Free Antivirus fails to boot on my PC?

Hello did you create ISO or USB? USB should be working fine. ISO at the moment supports only legacy boot.
