Hasn't got an order ID

What product did you purchase ?
You should have received an email relating to the purchase which also has the order ID in it ?
I can only assume that you didn't get this ?
If so check your email services (and local) spam folder/filter.
The most common cause of non-receipt is a typo when giving the email address or a spam filter as mentioned.

https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales in your case select the Billing, payment, or license issues option - and then the I have a different billing or license issue and click Next and follow.
Since you haven't got the Order ID, etc enter 00000000 and give as much information that you can to help identify it.
What is it that you need your order ID number for (we could direct you to a more appropriate link )?
