Can't turn off VPN

After connecting to Swedish server, I can't disconnect from it, I already tried deleting the Avast VPN and restarting a computer, IP shown is still Swedish. I don't have other VPN apps on my desktop, so it probably Avast doing it. How can I fix it?

It somehow turned off after flushed my ip and changed my DNS settings to 8.8.8.8
