Bonjour et Bienvenu sur le Forum Avast  :)

Pouvez vous nous donner quelque precision sur votre configuration;
OS/Programme de Securité actuelement installée/Programme de Securité installé avant/erreur pendant l'installation/ etc...

D'apres vos image il paraitrait que avast n'est pas correctement installée.

Hello and Welcome to the Forum  :)
Could you tell us a little bit more aout you rconfiguration:
OS/Security program installed/security program installed in the past/any error during the installation/etc...

According to your pictures avast does not seem to be functinonal.

You're not protected at all. The 'a' blue icon with a red cross on it says so...
Do you have any other antivirus installed in this computer? Did you have in the past? Which one?
Also, which OS are you using? Is it up to date?
What avast! version and VPS file (virus database) number?
Any other security programs that could interfere?
