I don't know what it is, but Windows 10 thinks it's important and Avast told me it was a virus.
How do I remove it from quarantine?

And who's idea is it require us to retype a bunch of letters for verification for everything you do on this forum?  I can barely tell what they are.   sheesh
How/where do I complain about that?

So I figured it out...explaining what I did to help someone else.

Open Avast and the drop down menu on the left choose, Protection
Select Virus Chest
Select file
Click on the three dots at the bottom center
Click Restore

Now if I could just see the Verification letters ...ugggh

Hi,

If you are sure that the file detected is not malicious, then you can follow the steps in this guide to restore it. However, It would be best to send the file for analyses as described in the guide.
