I have an ashwebsv.exe crash on the screen now

It is the "Please tell Microsoft about this problem" dialog box.

What do I do now?

Firstly keep all posts relating to this in the same topic you started about the original problem. Otherwise it is difficult to follow for anyone trying to help.
