Avast Premium doesn't recognize MS Word or Excel

Hi, Every time I restart my computer and open MS Word or Excel, Avast Premium Firewall protection throws a pop-up window stating
"Microsoft Word is trying to open a Web page using a secure connection (HTTPS)" [Image attached]

I have tried to add Word and  Excel as an exemptions, but Avast does not seem to save it.

Any ideas?
