Having big issues with my Inspiron. I get these small circles at the top om my screen that sort of flash. Dime or nickel size. When this happens I cannot do anything with the pc. This last time alt f4 allowed closure of some windows. It then subsided. This has rendered the pc useless on several occasions. I've been to the point where I can't use the keyboard to login as it just fills every spot possible with text. Also it resizes closes minimizes windows at random.
I've reset the pc 3 times once completely. I've also done everything else possible. Avast, dell and windows scans and tests of everything multiple times. Please help. Do I need to replace the SSD? I've deleted and reinstalled video drivers and hardware....Please help. Thanks, Tom.
