CRITICAL FIREWALL PROBLEM

i uninstalled and again installed avast premium..but didnt fix any problem.need help from Avast expert :'( :'( :'( :'(

I installed latest Avast Premium into Windows 7 and it works fine here...

Did you use uninstall utility? It can be downloaded from here:
https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility

Please note it might end up uninstalling not only Avast Premium but also other software if you choose wrong product/path, so be careful.

yea..i uninstalled this prodcuct by Avast uninstall utility ..but didnt fix any problem..need expert help..
