Windows update problem

After installing the latest windows xp update, i keep getting an error message on startup, see screen shot below:
Does anybody know what the problem is?  Thanks for any comments.

I think the problem is MS rushed out the update without testing it sufficiently.

Hi FwF,

Here in the Netherlands the patch was available from 19.30 henceon. I ventured to install it. As you can read here: http://isc.sans.org/diary.html?storyid=2562 there are two contra-indications. Is this often with out of cycle patches that they have "ifs" like these.
It is almost as with a vaccin. We want to vaccinate 95% of the population, but we'd rather not inform you of the side effects, which may be grave. What you think of this attitude?

I see, but the patch is not directly available for download?

Thank you David, the hotfix worked ;D, hopefully windows updates dont mess up my computer again.
