An easy fix for this is don't use Internet Explorer. Use an alternative browser like Firefox or Opera, they aren't impacted by this flaw.

A patch will be published tomorrow.

Or a non-official patch is available here: http://research.eeye.com/html/alerts/zeroday/20070328.html in "Mitigation"

Hi Kuja IX,

As the Avast moderators advised us, one is stronly advised against installing third party patches or that is unofficial patches for this vulnerability. There are already reports that the first patch could be circumvented. So wait till the official vendor launches the official patch..

Sorry. I think this patch is only for unsupported Windows versions since the official patch is out.

It is already released, last Tuesday in an out of sequence Security Update because there are already exploits in the wild.
