Translation to Lithuanian

Hello...

I've found avast! AV very useful and I'd like to translate it to Lithuanian... As I realised I have to get some piece of software to translate it.. where and how I can obtain it?

I believe he is very busy... May be there is someone else to help me a little with the begining of translation "how to".
