Ardamax Keylogger Big Problem

Hey,
i have a very very big Problem with the Ardamax Keylogger Programm. I run it in Stealth-Mode and now i can't find it anymore 
I push Ctrl+Alt+Shift+H on my Keyboard but nothing happens    And I can't Deinstalll or Reinstall it because it says the Programm allready run and all the Icons and Folders are hide.
I hope you Guys can help me.

I'm not sure, but maybe you need to uninstall Ardamax Keylogger Programm and install it again, or, at least, try to run the setup.exe file again to 'repair' your installation.
If you want it running with avast, maybe you need to add its files to the avast Exclusion lists of both on-access and on-demand scanners, to avoid detection and deletion/sending to Chest actions.

For the Standard Shield provider (on-access scanning):
Left click the 'a' blue icon, click on the provider icon at left and then Customize.
Go to Advanced tab and click on Add button...

For the other providers (on-demand scanning such as the screen-saver or the Simple User Interface):
Right click the 'a' blue icon, click Program Settings.
Go to Exclusions tab and click on Add button...

You can use wildcards like * and ?.
But be careful, you should 'exclude' that many files that let your system in danger.

Hi Tech, li todo o procedimento para configurar o Avast de forma que nao entre em conflito com o Ardamax. O passo a passo foi ótimo porém ainda tenho duvidas. Gostaria de saber quais sao os arquivos e ou caminhos de pastas utilizados pelo ardamax. Como faço para descobrir quais sao esses arquivos. Enfim, o que devo colocar nos campos do Avast que voce nos mostrou?Sera que voce teria um passo a passo com mais detalhes?  Obrigada,Sandra

I read all your step by step but I still have some doubt. It is very good but I would like to know what are the files and or folders from ardamax that I should put in the places that you showed. How can I discovery this files that are used by ARDAMAX?

Eu acho que:
C:\Arquivos de Programas\Ardamax Keylogger\*.*
irá funcionar.

I think:
C:\Program Files\Ardamax Keylogger\*.*
will do it.
