Is that a private network. I have a national server but I can log in to cyber help so I don't think it is server but I thank you. It must have been an update either windows or avast that is doing this. I just can't figure it out.

no I have a national server is that what you mean ?? I happen to think I did move edge from my trash to my desktop and use it a few times and I just sent it back to trash thinking it was blocking me but I am using fire fox so I guess that is not issue and it happens with edge or IE so the browser is not issue.

Don't think it has anything to do with either Avast or a Windows update.
It's a ban issued by the site probably not directed at you but, you're IP address happens to be one that's within the ban range. As stated much earlier, I've had it happen to me on this forum more than once.

Thanks but would I be able to log in??? I would attempt to change my Ip address but I am not good with computers so that is not an option.

I can't post at all in any forum there. I wonder if I set my computer back and how do you do that if that would help? I may just have to forget  about getting in.
