I have a problem. Avast deletes me a file which is necessary to run application. I dont remember any action about it. So I need to make an exception for this file to force Avast not delete the file. How can I do it? I dont see any link to do it in Avast window.

EDIT: I found out how to add exception for the file, but I am not able to revert deleted file in git. It throws the error: unable to create file server.php: Permission denied

Thanks.
