Most probably, your firewall is blocking ashWebSv.exe the WebShield from avast...
Which firewall do you use?

What version of avast are you using, now there has been another program update, 4.7.986 ?

Do a manual program update if you haven't got this yet, update, reboot and test again.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.762) UI 1.0.801/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

Kerio blocks adds and other parts of the webpage.

No, it's free version without ad-blocker.

The problem is for example with: www.ae.krakow.pl - I can't see and use the manu on the right hand of this page. Could you see (and use it?)

Did you finish the trial period?

What is 'manu' ?

I'm terrible sorry - should be "menu".

Yes, I finish trial period of Kerio for ages ago.

At your screenshot I don't see this menu (white block on the right), too. Strange...

At my wife computer it works perfect (Avast Home)

No problem displaying avast.com either with firefox or IE6.

But, the right hand menu doesn't display in either firefox or IE6 for ae.krakow.pl . I even tried with the Web Shield terminated so there should be no interaction by avast and it still didn't display.

So we are three for three not being able to display the right hand menu, there may be a problem with the page.

Are you clean? Maybe some infection is avoiding the browser to load...
avast shouldn't have (and haven't) this behavior.
Are you using Windows XP?
Can you schedule a Boot Time Scanning?

Click on the Menu button.
Choose Schedule Boot Time Scan.
Doing so displays a dialog allowing you to schedule virus scanning.
Check Archives, if you want scan all the archives.
Specify whether all the disks or just a specific folder should be scanned.
Select Advanced options for scheduling details.
Select how to automatically process infected files.
Choose how to automatically process infected system files.
Click the Schedule button to confirm the settings.
