How to prevent User from Disabling Core Shields
« on: June 04, 2021, 04:59:35 AM »
I have created a test policy using Password Protection in the general settings and assign it to my Devices. My understanding is if I turn-off one of the core shields it will prompt me to provide a password that I set on the Password Protection, but I it seems not working. This should prevent me from disabling any core shields?.

Hello,
currently, password protection works for Windows devices only. I fully understand it's relevancy for Mac devices and the feature is on our roadmap to be delivered. By the way, for all the features in the HUB policies, you can see an icon showing relevancy for individual platforms.

Thanks,
Pavel
