When you have the feeling to answer this way to technicians questions, please, give the ones that are trying to help you a little bit more info.

1. The Change Analysis Diagnostic (KB924732) simplifies the identification of recent changes to computers running Windows XP. After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer. The diagnostic checks for recent changes to the following:

  • Operating system components, such as patches, that are installed as hotfixes or downloads from Windows Update.
  • Installed application entries listed in the Add or Remove Programs control panel.
  • All kernel mode device and file system drivers.
  • Browser helper objects loaded by Internet Explorer.
  • ActiveX controls loaded by Internet Explorer.
  • Programs loaded automatically during Windows XP startup.
  • Programs and Dynamic Link Libraries (DLLs) loaded when an application starts.

2. The Offline Crash Diagnostic (KB923800) for Windows XP is designed to reduce the amount of time it takes to diagnose and develop corrective action for kernel crash issues encountered on computers running Windows XP. The diagnostic will automatically identify crash dumps, upload the results to Microsoft for analysis and return a URL to a solution that identifies corrective action to be taken to address the identified issue. After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer.

I can't say... Sorry, just after posting I realize that Microsoft only allows this for English Windows and not for mine, Brazilian Portuguese... :'(
