(BUG) Videos are auto-playing in YouTube, despite being turned OFF

Also, it does not show show black bars at top and bottom as it does in Theater
mode when showing wide screen video like this one:

Would it be possible to provide us with the diagnostics ?

I tried to reproduce the issues that you are facing and in both cases I was able to get the expected results.
