How do I STOP Avast Secure Browser from modifying my scheduled tasks?

I do not want to uninstall this browser, but it continually modifies my scheduled tasks and seems to check for updates HOURLY. That is absurd. I was upset that it installed without my direct permission, but would like to try it. I use it for a few things at the moment, but the constant changes to the Task Schedule is unacceptable.

Any solutions. I have tried modifying the Avast Browser schedule tasks to run weekly instead of hourly, but it keeps changing back.

What tasks are you talking about? I've used the browser since its release and really don't know of anything that it schedules. I also don't know of anything it stops that's been scheduled.
