avast error in starup pc

In my PC Startup I recieve some messages.  Please see the attachment

Have (or did) you another AV installed in this system, if so what was it and how did you get rid of it ?

What is your firewall ?
Does it allow ashWebSv.exe internet access ?

What version of avast do you have, latest is 4.7.1001 (see about avast!) ?
How long have you had avast ?

Do you use any spam killer application? Which one? Which port (numbers) does it use?

I have avast 4.7.1001 and I use Windows Firewall.

To Tech :
I dont have any spam killer. I have only Spybot Search And Destroy

How are set your avast! services?
Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services

I suppose you have to have four avast! services:

C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\ashServ.exe (avast! antivirus service)
C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\aswUpdSv.exe (avast! Update Service)
C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\ashWebSv.exe (avast! Web Scanner service)
C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\ashMaiSv.exe (avast! e-Mail Scanner service)

The two first of them should be Automatic loaded and the two last Manually loaded.

Can you post a screenshot of the last one?

Did you change the avast settings? Specially the Redirection tab of settings?

This doesn't answer the question, it just shows another part of the Internet Mail provider ports that it would monitor.

Have you got another AntiVirus or ever had another AntiVirus on this system ?
If so what is/was it ?
If you removed it how did you remove it ?

I have only one AV Installation

ashWebSv.exe have Internet Access
my Current Version is 4.7.1001
2 year or more after my las pc formating
I use windows firewall only.

I don't change any setting in avast

I don't Installed other Antivirus before avast

It's difficult to guess.
This behavior is common with two antivirus (or two email checkers at the same time), spam killers, changing on Redirected ports of avast Mail providers settings, etc.
If you have avast for a long time and did not install other programs, this is weird...
