Hi drhayden1,
Yes, the webshield if it works with IE it will work with sleipnir, no sweat. I think this browser is something for those that cling to IE7, and won't use for some reason or other an alternate browser like Opera, Firefox or Flock. I think sleipnir is a browser that bob3160 would go for, as far as I know the man.
I tell you why I tried this one, because outside Japan it has such a very small platform, that is an advantage "an sich", and it cooperates with IE or FF.
I have WinXP SP2 with IE7, and because of all the issues with this browser I only use it on my admin account for updating purposes or if something won't work with Flock. "Once bitten, twice shy", as they say. The other browser to do that on an USB stick is now sleipnir, works as fast there as IE7 on the hard disk, fires up in almost an instant. Then I have my Flock (my own adaption of it, coded some scripts for it (getElementbyClass was my code, adopted to FF now), made some specific browser code filters, iterators etc, and run the latest nightly build with various security add-ons. So that is now my 97 MB heavy hobby horse, because I know this browser best, and always add what I find at the "burning edge". Then I have Opera, because my search-guru advised to use it, but it sits there mostly idle, and now I am just testing and learning to work this sleipnir promishing browser. Well that is it in a nutshell. Latest add-on for Flock Super Drag and Go, to throw a link whereever you go? Well I think sleipnir is just IE7 but with extras, more features, and more secure............
