As we progress, I think you'll see a lot of people dual booting Windows with either Apple's Unix like operating systems, or Linux's various distributions.
There are advantages of having the two operating systems, particularly with Apple or Linux as the host operating system for security, and Windows as the guest operating system, for all of those things Windows is famous for.
Each system has it's strengths and weaknesses, and in response to the zealots on both sides of the argument, I personally don't believe that a person needs to make the decision of "either/or". "And" works very fine indeed.
As Apple's market share increases, it's good for Windows and Linux too.
