Power Hungry App

I just downloaded the Avast App Premium Security for Android (HUAWEI) and I am receiving this message: "Power Hungry App", is that normal and expected? It seems that it is draining the power on my phone at a high rate.

Hi,

This message is normally displayed for apps running in the background.
For Avast Mobile Security to function correctly, it needs to run in the background.
