AMD warns of up to 15% Windows 11 performance decrease
https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/microsoft/amd-warns-of-up-to-15-percent-windows-11-performance-decrease/
I'm sure that just like all other problems, this one will get resolved.

Windows 11: Microsoft is investigating these eight problems
https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/microsoft/windows-11-microsoft-is-investigating-these-eight-problems/
Considering this is a major upgrade, I'm surprised there are only eight on that list.
I personally haven't run into any of these problems on the 3 systems that are running Windows 11.
(all of my systems are Intel.)

Windows 11 incompatible with apps using non-ASCII registry keys
https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/microsoft/windows-11-incompatible-with-apps-using-non-ascii-registry-keys/
I believe that was also the case in Windows 10.

If you're trying to install Windows 11,
you'll find everything you need here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11
Be sure to read and follow all instructions.
If you computer isn't ready for Windows 11, stay with Windows 10.
Windows 10 is still fully supported through October 2025.

Your passwords don't change. Just the Operating System.

Interesting read regarding Windows 11 security.

Windows 11 is out. Is it any good for security? - Malwarebytes Labs | Malwarebytes Labs

In all honesty I can't see this as being the panacea that it is made to look like.

Wasn't win10 and all the previous OSes before that meant to bring security improvements.  But it didn't take the malware/exploits too long to catch up.  Hell the big point of having UEFI and TPM 2.0 enabled CPUs, may even fall foul to a very recent bootkit exploit that can circumvent these functions/checks.

Windows is a HUGE target for the miscreant malware writers/hackers, etc.  Is it better than win10 and previous win OSes, probably, but certainly not the end for malware, but the start of a new game.
