piggish corporate behavior
« on: June 25, 2021, 01:39:48 AM »
getting bombarded with advertisements to buy a service I already have at a price point that is hardly a good deal.

Then when i reach out to ask how to make this crap stop, the tech support rep argues with me about how this is a good business practice, spamming me with pop-ups for a renewal.

I am a subscriber. I have an active account. I am in silent running.

Now I am pissed and sick of you, and deleting my account.

Good riddance and fuck you, corporate slime.

I just complained about the same thing. The popup will steal focus away from whatever I am working on multiple times a day. And I still have a subscription!
