1. You can wait until closer to the date of renewal January 3 2023, no real rush.
2. When you get closer to the renewal date you should get a reminder that your subscription needs to be renewed. You can do that then and probably set up an automatic renewal payment mandate.
Personally I wouldn't do that as when you get closer to the renewal date you might well get a renewal discount offer, where the automatic renewal would be at the normal price.
3. If you haven't got the Order ID, etc enter 00000000 and give as much information that you can to help identify it (the email address used, etc.).
