quarantena file AVAST Premiere Protezione

Buongiorno ogni giorno avast mi mette in quarantena un'email che contiene software dannoso. Come posso capire chi è il mittente dell'email per poter stroncare sul nascere il problema e non ricevere più qs email? Grazie
