Dieting isn't easy. 
For lunch, I have a roast beef sandwich on multi grain bread.
For supper, grilled chicken breast and a salad - lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and ranch dressing.
This is almost as hard as giving up cigarettes (17 years ago).
I'll be on that diet for a total of 3 weeks and see what a difference it has made when get home and access to a scale.
