Shouldn't the download speeds be higher than the upload?  NOT what would be expected.

Totally agree. There may also be a problem with the html5 app.

Totally agree. There may also be a problem with the html5 app.

Those are the same kind of results I get when my modem needs to be reset. I tried the test and got good results with 63.9 down and 4.6 up so it's not the application. The condition of the service at  the motel was just very poor. a modem reset on their part might have fixed it.

Bandwidth tests are most accurate when done at different times of day, and then averaged. Networks tend to be unstable anyway, and speeds can vary from minute to minute.

I've seen more rabbits here this year than ever before. I have not seen a single groundhog and we used to see them fairly frequently. Rabbits seem to think that if they don't move, you can't see them.
