There's a difference between closing the active window and totally closing the browser. :)

David's suggestion works fine for Edge and other browsers, gives the popup "do you wish to close all tabs"

Personally I fine the quickest way to close your browser is to click the X at top of page ;D

Considering this was in Albuquerque, that hot air balloon looks awfully lonely.  Isn't it Albuquerque that has the massive balloon festival ?
