Here's something else you can thank AIG and most of the banking industry for:

I wish I could figure out how to get the rounding off corrections to be forwarded to my bank account.

Frank,
This economic crisis is world wide. It's not just something that effects us.
Your stock market is dropping as sharply as ours and the rest of the world is in the same pickle.
The bail out that was passed and approved by both our presidential candidates isn't doing a thing.
One of the reasons the majority of us called our legislators and told them not to pass it.
Even if you don't own any stocks, this will still effect you because your money isn't worth anything any more.

Imagine what a pickle we'd be in without the 'bailout'.

Bob & Frank,

In 1973 a book was written about what is going on in the financial world today, it is titled The Vision by David Wilkerson.  You will be astonished by how accurate the book is!

The only answer to the mess we are in is 2 Chronicles 7:14 "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."

The Senator from Illinois would lead us further astray than we are now!

Will it not later be: "The great Babylon has fallen!"?
We live in exiting days. The only thing I can say is: "Have faith",

Hi DavidR,

Hopefully there is a difference between your 'Babylon' and "Babylon the Great".
Mind you that after her fall she still continues to be a lurking place for demons and uncleanness.
We find this to be true in false religion today where pagan demonic teachings are promoted
and where immorality runs rampant...

Imagine what a pickle we'd be in without the 'bailout'.
All the bailout does is blow up the balloon further so that when it finally explodes ( and it will) it will make
a greater bang.

Rescuing failed banks, insurance companies and, investment firms only leads us down a longer slippery slop.
They can't be rescued. Especially not with worthless paper.

Hi bob3160,

It is the system that is failing now. When things are that far out of balance, what would you expect? This had to happen with all the production elsewhere (China etc.), and no real assets to back up the value of what money is pumped around. Now that people are aware of that being the situation, that's why we have this situation, and it is global...so they are seeking a global solution,
