Mac,
What does your link have to do with the post your quoting
Well then let me say something about the Dell running OS X.
It is widely believed that every intel based Mac has a special Apple designed chip (some form of TPM chip or other custom designed chip). And we know that the soon to be released Mac OS X 10.6 "Snow Leopard" will be a intel-only release (No more PowerPC Support).
Since all supported systems will now have the chip, Apple can make the OS require this chip to function (or actually some software code on the chip).
This should make it much harder for PC users to pirate Mac OS X and install it on non-Apple hardware (Which will be proven illegal in the Psystar case).
