Then I suggest you fix your host file.... :)
Steve Bass doesn't post anything to be afraid of.

Steven Burn of hpHosts is on top of this and has informed me that aweber.com will be removed on the next HOSTS file update.

I'm sure it will make Steve Bass Happy.
This to me is one of the problems with all these Host Files and link checkers.
There seems to be no real control about adding a website to the list and it takes a genuine effort to have
that same website removed from the list.  :'(
I know, I speak from a personal experience.

It takes a genuine effort to stay on top of malware as I know, I speak from personal experience as well.

Here's some more on the MS Yahoo agreement:

Now if Yahoo had only except MS's offer some time back, they would have been rolling in money.

Yahoo stock has obviously dropped some time around the deal was announced.  It seems, some people, including stock holders, take it that Yahoo admitted its incompetence in offering innovations to the society and that they are attempting to fill the blank with politics.

Well, that's off topic and I came here to inform that Gmail finally allowed users to use SMTPs of other providers, which is basically good news for those who integrate their mail accounts to gmail.  Unfortunately, in my case, I couldn't let it work for some reason.  I have already complained of it to the provider and I wish you'd have better luck.

I have never liked the Yahoo search engine, even before Google I used many other search engines, dogpile, ixquick was a really good one that wasn't media intensive (ideal on dial-up) and collated the results of multiple engines.

When google came on the scene, that was it, very clean uncluttered home page and excellent results and I haven't looked back.

I also never liked the MSN search either for much the same reasons, medial heavy. So I can't imagine what MSN (A.K.A. windows search, windows live search, bing)/Yahoo will be like, but it really will have to go some to get me off google ;D

Yahoo is okay with purely technical issues. Quite a good second opinion I have always found.

Dont know about MSN, Live, Bing as I only really bother if I'm on Microsoft website. I end up on one or the other sometimes, but have no idea what is going on amongst that lot. A9 seems to have linkd in there sometimes as well. But I knd of take what I'm given with that bunch.

Google search box - especially unadulterated - mean and lean. Always reach there first. My instant internet on most my computers. The online profile is igoogle + password.
