Not a problem here and I use OpenDNS, so I would suggest you look at your personal settings as something you have changed is the reason for the block (Adult Themes). See image as there are some moods that are of adult themes.

I haven't changed the settings except that I have disabled the stats & logs and added a few sites to whitelist.

have you enabled adult themes filtering?.

I also use openDNS and hace no problems with that site or, I never would have posted it. :)

I cannot use OPENDNS because I live in an Islamic country where they force us to use a proxy.

That wasn't meant to be support, but stating it isn't always true that it is blocked.

If you take one of the default sensitivity levels in dashboard then adult themes could well be blocked. I hate default settings and have mine set to Custom and only have security related issues and a very few others blocked, not adult themes as a) I'm an adult and the filter really is too loose to flag/block something like this site and b) no one else sharing this PC.

I too hate to use default settings. in fact I use custom settings(both are same ;D). I am the only one who uses this computer. will think of removing the filter, thanks
