Speed Up Windows 7 Taskbar Navigation with a Registry Hack

Launch regedit.exe (Win+R, then paste regedit.exe)
Navigate in the left tree control to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
Go to Edit->New->DWORD (32-bit) Value
Name the value LastActiveClick
Hit enter to assign the value and change it to 1
Restart Explorer and you're good to go.

To restart Explorer without rebooting, open the Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and end the Explorer.exe process. Then create a new task (under "File") and paste "explorer.exe".

Texting teen faces surgery on both wrists after sending 100 messages a day

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/worldnews/article-1259243/Teenager-develops-carpal-tunnel-syndrome-sending-4-000-text-messages-MONTH.html

If you spend too much time on your keyboard then watch out for

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

What is this?

How does it feel?

It can show up a variety of ways. Some folks get tingling, nerve pain in their 3,4, and 5th fingers. Other people may just get a weakness, some people get pain in other areas of their arm. There are simple tests that can diagnosis this problem. Western medicine often deals with cortizone or surgery as the main treatment or best of all stop the repetive stressors that are causing it. But often times alternative medicine may help, everything from massage, to acupuncture or even B vitamins. I would recommed exhausting alternative treatments before getting surgery since it is harder to fix many problems after surgery and the surgery is not always successful.

One Day before surgery?

After surgery?

BEWARE!

DON'T SPENT MUCH TIME ON KEYBOARD

ASK YOUR BOSS TO INCLUDE THIS IN YOUR INSURANCE

Lol  ;D

My nerve pain is due to a bad car crash I was in back in '96 when the car I was in was rear ended and the seat I was in colapsed backwards and I ended laying flat on my back looking up at the car roof.

Its really bad in rainy weather like now.

The keyboard won't help but proper posture and a good workstation layout will.

Electromagnetic Field Protection

There are many devices that protect us from EMF that are generated by the electronics around us.

We often fail to understand the benefits of protecting ourselves.

Here are some devices

EMF protection devices protect you against EMF radiation produced by computers, cell phones, etc.

Note: I am not sure if this EMF thing is really so ???
...

How do you mean?

Every current carrying wire creates an electrical field (EM)

Although, to be honest, I cannot see how a bead can prevent this...
