If not, clicking on the image may help you learn to feel all those positive things.  :)

This was only one of many interesting links I found in this month edition of
Gary Stanley's Cyber News.
Gary and I met last year in Arizona and he also recommends avast! free to all of his readers.  :)

I also just changed back to openDNS. It makes a difference.  :) Thanks for the heads up YoKenny.  :)

Bob,

I bought a laptop so I could take it with me and hopefully connect to free WIFI.

I noticed that OpenDNS (I had OpenDNS setup in my laptop) wasn't working wherever I got connected.

Sometime ago, somebody posted here in our forums a long list of DNS servers that weren't up to date and unsecure.

Use of the Norton DNS client will force any WIFI to use Norton DNS, merely configuring Norton DNS in your computer or router isn't enough.

Norton DNS is kept up to date and secure, I want to be sure of my connection. http://client.nortondns.com/nortondns-win-current.exe

I've changed back to openDNS because I've found it to be faster.

Interestingly OpenDNS is still slower from my location than Norton DNS(testing with Steve Gibson's DNS Benchmark software) with Google Public DNS still the fastest for me. TBH all 3 are very very close in speed for me. With my internet connection being quite decent, speed alone is not the main determining factor for me choosing Norton DNS over others. I am more interested in malware and phishing site blocking, that is why i use what i use. ClearCloud(unfortunately this one is being discontinued) and Norton DNS are the best at this imho.

Ever had one of those “oh $*#@” moments when you've finally finished filling out a long form,
and hit submit only to see an error message? And when you hit the back button, the form was blank...
If so, you know you need Lazarus. And if not, you have a chance to install Lazarus before disaster strikes!
