I have always wanted to see Yosemite and Yellowstone but haven't made it to either one yet. my latest excursion was to Fort Ticonderoga here in NY.

In the last pic of mine, that hilltop in the background is the one from which the British forced us to surrender the fort without a shot being fired. They had placed an artillery battery up there and the Commander of the fort determined that "resistance is futile" and surrendered.
